An example of a PIN diode switch and how to setup simulation of isolation, insertion loss and switching speed. The example is based on reflective SPDT switch with ideal driver, but the approach would be the same for other topologies. Here I use Keysight ADS, but you can use any other simulator you like. Frequency range is from 10MHz to over 100 MHz. A realistic PIN diode model is shown. Dead time is simulated. You can further extend the model complexity, depending on your application and needs.
