This Boxing 101 session focuses on mixing speed and power, and switching up the target from head to body.
We’re drilling three fast shots to the head (think jab-jab-cross or double jab hook) followed by one committed, powerful shot to the body — changing both rhythm and level.

Throw fast, sharp shots up top
Drop your level and dig into the body
