This album is not just a collection of songs; it is a sonic sermon. It is an homage to a man who was more than a singer—he was a teacher, a storyteller, and a historian for the voiceless. Joseph Hill's genius was in his ability to weave tales from the Old Testament into powerful parables about the modern-day struggle of the Rasta people against Babylon.
