Daily Christian Affirmations presents "Love is... Affirmations", a guided affirmation meditation based on the famous "Love is..." passage from the Bible (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)
This is the passage you hear at almost every wedding, where they say, "Love is patient, Love is kind..." etc.
In this guided affirmation meditation we state part of the verse, for example "Love is patient" and then restate it as though YOU are love. For example, "I am patient."
As you go through these affirmations, you might feel like, "That's not me! I can't say that!" For example, one of the affirmations is "I am humble." You may feel like that is not true about you, but the point is not that you are perfect in humility. Nobody is. The point is that you have the capability of being humble, and you've probably been humble more often than you realize. There is no arrogance in recognizing the truth.
