These are cute, but very fast to create.
With many of the supplies from the Dollar Tree, they are also cost effective to create in bulk!
I started with an 8" piece of 2 1/2" ribbon from the Dollar Tree, removed the wire from the ones that had wire, and then folded the ends over and created the pouch with double-sided tape. Poke two holes in the top, and stick a 6" piece of sparkly chenille stem (half of the stem) and create a handle. If you are creating them for classrooms, take some of the plastic spider or bat rings and use as an embellishment for an additional goodie! They fit most of the fun-size treats out for Halloween, but you can make them longer or shorter. In fact, about 10 years ago I created some long ones from a Christmas plaid ribbon, and they were long enough to hold a 12" ruler that I had decorated for the recipient. Great teacher gifts!
