It all boils down to what you REALLY want. Take time to really reflect on your passion and core values. Knowing WHO you are as a PERSON will steer you toward jobs and positions that will be satisfying and fulfilling.

2️⃣ Seek Guidance and Support 🆘
Reach out to mentors, career coaches (like me), or professionals working in the fields you're considering. They can provide valuable guidance and help you make informed decisions.

3️⃣Assess Your Skills and Development Needs 💉💻
Be honest with yourself and do a SKILLS check. Think about your current skill set and identify any gaps or areas for improvement. Does this new career path allow you to evolve and develop essential skills and competencies that align with your career vision?

4️⃣Experiment and Take Calculated Risks 🧮
Many people function in fear. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try new things. A new job is never permanent! OK, so you try it out and out and it doesn't meet your expectations..then keep it moving!

5️⃣Trust Your Instincts 🔥
Listen...your gut, your instinct, that voice and spirit inside of you. Your intuition (or what I like to call the holy spirit) guides you in the right direction...that's His job! Trust yourself to make decisions that align with your passions, values, and long-term goals.
