These Greek Orthodox DESPISED The Preaching! - Do the Orthodox believers read their Bibles? A very tiny percentage do. And of that percentage, do they actually understand what they read? No. That's why they stay in this religion. But the vast majority do not even read the Bible at all. They blindly trust whatever the priests and parents tell them through their upbringing. It is a culture, a tradition. They were almost always raised in this religion, just like most in a religion, and they like it. It is comfortable to them. It is all they know. They stick to what their family believes.

So they are not willing to give up their religion. That means, if they hear the truth and hear that Jesus says they have to give up their religion, they will not do it because they love it too much. Why? Because it is easy! They like the easy life. They like pleasing their families. They like pleasing their flesh. The priests tell them they are the best, all other religions are wrong, and they simply trust what the priests say.

No Holy Spirit. No Bible. No obeying all of what Jesus says. All it is is the blind following the blind.
