EMOM 10mins to Finish off. Still got my heart rate up especially around the half way mark and the last couple of round in particular. Good to cap off the treadmill work with this little "cool down" lol.
No matter your challenges, struggles or trials - Keep turning up, keep staying in the fight, put one foot in front of the other and take one day at a time.
Know that you are not alone. I know it can be miserable and lonely at times. But I promise you, things can, do and will get better, if you want them to, and if you're willing to persist, be disciplined and when necessary be patient.
Reach out for help if you need to - There are people who need you, who need your presence and your example. There are people who care about you. You are more capable than you think, so keep at it.
Know that better days are coming. The Sun will shine again and there is a light at the end of that long, dark, and seemingly lonely and miserable tunnel.
