La cocina de Victoriano: Ají amarillo

Quería compartir con todos ustedes mi experiencia de como sembrar el ají amarillo o otras verduras en tu jardín. Puedes sembrar el ají amarillo en el comienzo de primavera, ósea aquí en California comienzos de mes abril, así todo el verano y otoño las plantas cresen y dan buenos frutos. En cada macetero debes plantar no más de dos plantas. Así, las raíces tienen la libertad de desarrollarse y alimentarse más para que la planta pueda crecer y dar buenos frutos. Debes regar cada dos días por las mañanas. Para más información les dejo el video.

I wanted to share with all of you my experience of how to plant and grow ají amarillo or other vegetables in your garden. You can plant ají amarillo in early spring, that is, here in California at the beginning of April, so all summer and fall the plants grow and bear good fruit.
