Locating, price, and quality are some of the major issues and depending on where you are and your priorities, you might just be getting whatever is available at the time.

We’ve been there, especially during the lockdown years… and we always had issues with consistency.
Different platforms only run well with certain ammo and we found the ammo is be the biggest issue.

Thankfully this year we linked up with AAC and they sent us some ammo for testing and to provide the same ammo across all the platforms we are testing.
We chose 124 gr 9mm and it’s been running great so far.

We have some different 5.56 we gotta settle on but so far it’s been super consistent and gives a great look across the different platforms we compare.

Thanks AAC for sending these out, definitely looking forward to running them more during our training courses.
