During my visit to the United States for the Holiday Season, I stayed at the Red Caboose Motel in the heart of Amish Country, Strasburg, Pennsylvania and it was one of the most magical experiences of my life, with the Strasburg Rail Road Steam Train passing by the motel every hour if not less. So I managed to record 5 clips of the activation of the Railroad Crossing at Paradise Lane, with some clips focused on the Crossing and some focused on the Steam Train.
This video captures the essence of Amish Country from the horse carriages to the train bell and echoing train whistle.
Recorded in 4K HDR on December 15th 2024, with most clips in this video being recorded on my iPhone 15 and other clips on my Canon 200D Mark II.
There will be another video from Strasburg coming, showcasing the Steam Train ride as well as the Christmas Cheer that came with it.
