In this video, we show how to make design changes to a part or assembly using NX™ software Immersive Designer, focusing on the gear shifter for a car.
You'll learn to 👇
Inspect and manipulate the model in 3D space,
Edit the plastic housing with tools like Shell and Boolean extrude
Create a hollow part with an opening for the lock button
Finally, we'll place the modified gear shifter back into the virtual model for context.
