Hi! Welcome to this postpartum meditation which has been created to help you when you are feeding your baby at night. Night waking with baby can be tiring and sometimes stressful. This postnatal meditation will help you to stay calm when waking at night to feed and soothe your baby. You can listen to this postpartum meditation for night waking whenever you need it. Just make sure you are sitting or reclining comfortably and that you feel safe to listen to the meditation. You can close your eyes if you want to or keep them open as you listen to the guided postpartum meditation in the darkness. You can listen to this meditation for new mums/moms whilst holding and feeding your baby to help you appreciate the time you have with him/her during the night (rather than feeling resentment or anxiety about it being woken up).
For maximum benefit, listen to this meditation for postpartum night wakings 3-4 times per week.
