In this video , we made Egg Pulao. Hope you have liked this recipe.
Ingredients:-
■ Boiled egg : 7
■ Oil : 3-4tsp
■ Salt : ½tsp
■ Ghee : 4tsp
■ Black cardamom: 1
■ Star anise: 1
■ Javitri: ½
■ Cinnamon stick: 1"
■ Cloves: 4-5 pcs
■Whole black pepper: 4-5pcs
■ Medium sized chopped onion: 3
■ Coriander powder: 1½tsp
■ Ginger garlic chilli paste : 1½tsp
■ Cumin powder : 1tsp
■ Beaten curd : ½cup
■Soaked Basmati rice : 500gms
■ Water : 5bowl in ration of 2½ bowl rice
■ Sugar : as per taste
■ Kewra water : 1tsp
■ Rose water : 1tsp
■ Kesar milk : ¼cup
■ Atar : 1drop
■ Chopped coriander leaves : ½cup
■ Sliced lemon : 4-5
