My recipe for Parmesan Crusted Chicken over a bed of creamy Pesto Farfalle:
Pasta:
1\2 lb Cooked Farfalle Pasta (be sure stop salt and oil your pasta water)
Sauce:
3/4 cup of heavy cream
4 teaspoons of Classico pesto sauce
Salt to taste
Chicken Coating:
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (reserve some cheese for garnish)
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of vegetable oil for frying
