In Episode 14 of Prototech Explorers, we start the day with some good old-fashioned wreck looting—tearing down derelict ships to boost our growing stockpile. But it’s not long before we set out again, and this time we run headfirst into a heavily defended pirate base. After a brutal fight to dismantle its defenses, we come out on top and make some much-needed upgrades: heavy armor over our hydrogen tanks to prevent explosive surprises, and extra thrusters to help our now-heavier rover tackle Pertam’s brutal hills.
