Dallas school shooting suspect arrested on felony charge

New surveillance video from inside the school shows the moment police allege 17-year-old Tracey Haynes Jr. opened fire. The teenager, who is considered an adult in the Texas legal system, was booked on suspicion of aggravated assault mass shooting. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch reports.
