This is Byron Roots personal 5 place Sherpa Airplane. This footage was filmed before I had my HD camera. Over 12 years ago, Byron Root loaned me his airplane for the day. My good friend Doug Keller and at one time a Sherpa engineer was kind enough to come out and film me. Doug spent a lot of time at Sherpa his first years out of engineering school. I had very little time in this airplane when I set out to show what this airplane could do. Byron has since past on but he was the one of the people who inspired me early on to build performance based bush flying airplanes. Thank you.
