This video was recorded in Danish because I initially created it for my Danish speaking subscribers of my newsletter. So note that I am speaking danish throughout in the video. But I have now added subtitles for those who really want to know what I am saying.
My main idea was to show a super simple art therapy exercise and one everyone can follow and carry out.
The idea is for you to pay attention to how easy or difficult it is for you to carry out this exercise. You can not only learn about your own character as a human being by doing this exercise but also learn a great deal in purely artistic terms by working with colour grading - if you are an artist.
