The KHS InnoPET FreshSafe TriBlock combines PET bottle stretch blow molding, coating and filling in a compact and extremely reliable process. Our innovative barrier technology is now even more powerful. With the latest machine generation you can achieve production outputs of up to 48,000 bottles per hour – faster and more efficient than ever before!

The integrated coating process applies a wafer-thin layer of glass to the inside of the bottle and thus effectively protects the product from loss of vitamins and nutrients. Our machinery is especially beneficial when bottling carbonated beverages, with the amount of CO₂ in the beverage retained and its shelf life considerably extended.

This innovative barrier technology not only provides your products with optimum protection, however; it also allows your PET containers to be fully bottle-to-bottle recycled. Both the EPBP and the US APR have therefore confirmed the full recyclability of our barrier system.

The new machine generation features a number of significant improvements: it has a higher production capacity of up to 48,000 bottles per hour and reduces the maintenance effort with lengthened service intervals. More robust handling of the bottles also makes production even more reliable. With its various layout options, the new generation also gives you greater flexibility.
