I visited my artisan store in Kashmir where all the handwork magic happens. From Pherans, Co-Ord Sets, Shawls, Ari–Sozni work, to the exclusive pieces we select for you — everything is crafted here with love.
Then we took a beautiful ride towards Dal Lake, sharing the journey, views, and the real behind-the-scenes of how The Cashmir STAG works.
I also started working on the new website directly from the store — planning upcoming stock, improving customer experience, and preparing for a big launch.
