The DeLorean DMC-12 is one of the things that has become a cultural icon, famous not only due to it's movie roles, but also the crazy events that occurred with the company and founder. In this video we look past that and just experience the DeLorean as a sports car from the 80s. A review of the DeLorean just as a car, which in itself is quite a unique experience. A rear-engined sports car with a body of stainless steel, gullwing doors and plenty of other quirks and oddities, the DeLorean is unlike the cars I usually spend time with. This one has been fairly extensively modified in a unique way, with a gated manual transmission swapped in (Replacing the stock 3 speed automatic), Porsche sourced independent throttle botties, new seats, steering wheel, brake booster, suspension and much more!
