What connects and strengthens the early childhood education workforce nationwide? Registries.
In this episode of The Council Table, Dr. Calvin E. Moore, Jr., sits down with Dr. Kimberlee Belcher, Executive Director of the National Workforce Registry Alliance, to explore how registries are transforming the way educators are recognized, supported, and connected across the country.
Together, they discuss how registries help us understand who makes up the ECE workforce, what they need to thrive, and how data can be used to drive equity, recognition, and professional growth.
In this episode:
• How registries connect policy, practice, and people
• The partnership between the Council and the National Workforce Registry Alliance
• Why registries are key to equity, recognition, and workforce visibility
• The future of data-informed support for early educators
