I’m excited to share with you a crustless cheesecake recipe. This cheesecake is so delicious, creamy and just melts in your mouth with every bite.

2 ¼ cup (460g) cream cheese, room temperature
3 medium eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup (80ml) heavy cream, room temperature
½ cup (100g) white granulated sugar
1/3 cup (50g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp. (2g) vanilla flavor
pinch of salt
1 handful of blackberry, optional
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 ¼ cups of cream cheese, 3 medium eggs, 1/3 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of white granulated sugar. Make sure everything is at room temperature — that way the batter mixes nice and smooth.
3. Add 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring and pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combine.
4. Use an 8-inch cake pan greased and dusted with flour and lined with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Add a handful of blackberries on top, or any your favorite berries, but this step is optional.
5. Once baked, let the cheesecake cool completely in the pan. Then fridge and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
6. Serve and enjoy.
