Dryer vents can build up lint in them. When this happens, it becomes a fire hazard because lint is extremely flammable. Everything that flows down a dryer vent is hot.
In this video I show how I clean out my dryer vent quickly. Takes me about twenty minutes.
If you use this method, please be sure your vent was built properly and all the fitting are properly secured to each other. A leaf blower can produce air up to 200mph. Improperly build vents most likely will not handle that much air.
