Super Moist Black Chocolate Cake!

Maaaaan, When I tell you this cake is super moist and delicious, you better believe it!
The Buttermilk along with Black Cocoa and Coffee really brings this cake to life, oil only adds to its moistness!
I say give this cake a try, you will not be disappointed.
This cake can be baked using 3 9in cake pans baked at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or so.
1 deep bundt cake pan baked at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.
Ingredients:
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 teaspoons of baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of unsweetened black cocoa powder
4 eggs at room temperature
1 and 1/2 cups of buttermilk room temperature
3/4 cups of oil
2 and 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups of coffee (I used decaffeinated)
In a large bowl mix together:
Granulated sugar - Brown sugar - Oil
Mix in eggs one at a time
Mix in Buttermilk - Vanilla - Hot Coffee and set the bowl aside
In a separate bowl sift together:
Flour - baking powder - baking soda - salt - black cocoa powder
Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients well combined
Pour batter into prepared pan ( I used a deep 10 cup bundt pan)
Bake on middle rack for approximately 30-40 minutes (oven temperatures vary)
When done allow cake to rest in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes or so before turning out, then allow to cool completely about 1 and 1/2 hours
Top as you like or leave her plain, either way you won’t be disappointed. 🍰
