Here's a perfect healthy breakfast idea with just 3 ingredients, yes it's a classic protein rich dosa. The combination of power packed chana dal, urad dal and moong dal with just a pinch of hing makes this dosa yummy and highly nutritious.
Ingredients
1. Urad dal - 1 cup
2. Moong dal - 1 cup
3. Chana dal (Bengal gram dal) - 1 cup
4. Hing water - little
5. Oil for Dosa
6. Salt for taste
Note - Grind urad dal seperately. You can grind it the previous night itself and let it ferment overnight (similar to idli batter) or grind urad dal in the morning (without fermentation).
Grind moong dal and chana dal together. but do not ferment this batter.
