How We Live off the Land | May Community Garden Tour

Here's a quick tour of what our community garden plots look like right now. We're going to post regular updates so you all can follow along as the garden gets into full production and feeds us through the year!

In these plots we primarily grow staple crops like grain corn, dry beans and winter/squash or pumpkins. These low maintenance crops allow us to put in a lot of work early in the Spring and then just let them do their thing over the growing season until it's time to harvest.
