INGREDIENTS
(For Pizza Dough)
Dry yeast - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Semolina - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 50 milliliters
Warm water - 100 milliliters
(For Chicken Tikka Masala)
Boneless chicken - 250 grams
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
(For Sauce/Gravy)
Tomato puree - 200 grams
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Water - 100 milliliters

Maize flour - for dusting
Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
(For Pizza Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Keep it at rest for 10 minutes.
3. In the same bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 2 tablespoons semolina and 50 milliliters butter.
4. Crumble all the ingredients well.
5. Now, slowly add 100 milliliters warm water in the mixture and knead it into a soft dough.
6. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
(For Chicken Tikka Masala)
1. In another mixing bowl, add 250 grams boneless chicken, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons yogurt.
2. Coat the chicken from all sides by mixing all the ingredients well.
3. Marinate it for 1 hour.
4. Brush 1 tablespoon butter in a grill pan and add marinated chicken.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on both sides until turns golden brown in color. Set aside.
(For Sauce/Gravy)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams tomato puree, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic and cook until it turns light golden brown in color.
3. Now, add tomato puree mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes on moderate heat.
4. Then, add 100 milliliters water and give it a nice stir.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Remove the pan from heat.

1. Place the dough ball on a flat surface, dust some maize flour and flatten it with the help of hands.
2. Now, place the flattened dough in a baking tray and prick with fork from all sides.
3. Now,apply a spoonful of prepared sauce on prepared base.
4. Then, add 200 grams mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, onion slices and coriander.
5. Brush with olive oil on the sides of pizza.
6. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
7. Bake at least for 8-10 minutes.
8. Divide it into slices with the help of a pizza cutter.
9. Garnish it with coriander.
10. Serve hot.
