Chicken samosa recipe :
For the filling u will need :
1 cup of chicken cubs
1 onion
Half cup of mushroom
1 cup of mixed pepper
2 tbs of sunflower oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/2 of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of coriander powder
Quarter tsp of black pepper
2 tbs of water
For the dough u will need :
2 cups of white flour
3 tbs of cornflour (cornstarch)
Quarter tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
Quarter cup of melted ghee
Warm water as needed .
