I actually kind.... of enjoyed this abs workout challenge. 🙃
my honest opinion: this is the type of abs routine where you feel like you're gonna passed out, but you don't, so you feel AMAZING afterwards. ✨
anyways, here is the workout plan for reference:

25 jumping jack x4
-25 burpee x4
-5 squat jump x4
abs
-15 Plank twist x2
-15 Plank crawl x2
-25 crunch x3
-10 Up and down plank x2
