BAHAN-BAHAN UTK KASTARD PEACH SOS /
INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD SAUCE PUDDING :
(1 CUP = 250ml)
Susu Penuh Krim - 2 1/4 cwn + 2 sdbr (600g)
Full Cream Milk - 2 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (600g)
Gula Organik - 6 sdbr (78g)
Organic Sugar - 6 tbsp (78g)
Ekstrak Vanila - 3 sdkl (15g)
Vanilla Extract - 3 tspn (15g)
Tepung Kastard - 5 sdbr (40g)
Custard Flour - 5 tbsp (40g)
Garam Organik - 1/4 sdkl
Organic Salt - 1/4 tsp
Buah Peach dlm tin - sebiji (148g)
Canned Peach Fruit - 1 nos (148g)
Air - 200ml (209g)
Water - 200ml (209g)
Untuk membuat bancuhan kastard ambil 4 sdbr
susu daripada 600 g susu
To make custard mixture take 4 tbsp milk from the
600 g milk

INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD PUDDING :
Susu Penuh Krim - 2 1/4 cwn + 2 sdbr (600g)
Full Cream Milk - 2 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (600g)
Tepung Kastard - 2 sdbr (16g)
Custard Flour - 2 tbsp (16g)
Gula Organik - 7 sdbr (91g)
Organic Sugar - 7 tbsp (91g)
Buah Kismis - 1/2 cwn (70g)
Raisins - 1/2 cup (70g)
Buah Blueberry - 200g
Blueberries - 200g
Roti - 22 keping (520g)
Bread - 22 pieces (520g)
Ekstrak Vanila - 2 sdkl (10g)
Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp(10g)
Gula Organik - 4 sdbr (52g)
utk campuran gula kayu manis
Organic Sugar - 4 tbsp (52g)
fr sugar cinnamon mixture
Serbuk Kayu Manis - 2 sdkl (4g)
Cinnamon powder - 2 tsp (4g)
Mentega - 5 sdbr (40g )
-potong dadu kecil
Butter - 5 tbsp (40g)
-cut into small cubes
Untuk membuat bancuhan kastard ambil 3 sdbr
susu daripada 600 g susu
To make custard mixture take 3 tbsp milk from the
600 g milk
Bakar selama 40 minit di dalam ketuhar yang telah
dipanaskan pada suhu 180 C / 356 F selama 15 minit
Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 C /
356 F for 15 minutes
