In a 9x13:
1 box of cooked rotini pasta
1 jar Rao’s roasted garlic pasta sauce
Add 1/3 of jar with milk
1 lb cooked mild italian sausage
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp garlic
Salt, pepper, basil
2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese
Mix together
Take an 8oz brick of cream cheese and put it in the middle
Cover with foil and put in oven at 350 for 20 min
Mix in warm cream cheese
Add 2 handfuls of baby spinach
Layer of mozzarella cheese
Add a few rows of pepperoni
Add some green pepper rings on top
Sprinkle with Parmesan & chives
Back in the oven at 350 for 15 min
