National Cinema Classics Screening | Making of the Mahatma | Interaction with Rajit Kapoor

SPIC MACAY seeks to create awareness about our rich cultural heritage among thousands of young minds every year and committed to reaching out to every student of this country and to bring aesthetic awareness into the mainstream of the Indian educational system, conducting 5000 events every year in over 200 cities in India and 50 cities abroad.

It gives us immense pleasure to invite your institution for the following, for the celebration of GANDHI JAYANTI on 1st October, 2024, SPIC MACAY ( Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth) is organizing a NATIONAL CINEMA CLASSIC SCREENING WEEK, from 26.09.2024 till 01.10.2024 in schools and colleges all over the country and abroad at zero cost to the host institutions. We cordially invite your esteemed institution to organize a screening of the CINEMA CLASSIC, THE MAKING OF THE MAHATMA directed by renowned film director, Shyam Benegal.

Last year (2023), we were successful in having this film screened in 7000 schools and colleges With your full support and kind cooperation, we hope to reach our goal. 🙏🏼
Programme: Screening of THE MAKING OF THE MAHATMA to be done on any day from 26.09 2024 to 01.10.2024.( Link of movie provided below)
It can also be screened on 1st October 24 Live online where SPIC MACAY will stream it LIVE on zoom, and can be shown on a projector in a hall in your institution or on screens.

We also request you to kindly invite ten schools in your neighborhood to screen this Cinema Classic for their students.

These institutions will get an opportunity to interact online with the film's main actor, Shri RAJIT KAPUR Ji.
We will screen the cinema classic online on 1st October,2024 at 11 AM onwards, followed by interaction online with the film's main actor, Shri RAJIT KAPUR Ji.

We will be hosting an Orientation seminar on 25th Sept 2024 at 10 AM, where we can connect virtually to discuss and provide an orientation for the planned program and guidelines for organizing the Cinema Classics screening and interaction with Rajit Kapur ji.
