3 Tbsp (40g) Vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100g) Granulated white sugar
1/4 cup (45g) Brown sugar
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp (6g) Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 + 1/3 cup (200g) Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
1 + 1/3 cup (300g) Cream cheese, room temp
2 Tbsp (12g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (120g) Heavy cream, cold
1/4 cup (32g) Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

For the ganache:
2/3 cup (100g) Milk chocolate, chopped or chips
3 Tbsp (45g) Heavy cream (or 5 Tbsp if using semi-sweet chocolate)
