I got these buildings for between $15 and $30 Canadian. They are a bit whimsical but are great starting points to mod into something you like.
The trains seen in this video are led by live steam locomotives - an Accucraft Sabrina and Roundhouse Engineering Sandy River and Rangeley Lakes #24. Both are equipped with radio control.
I completed adding lights to the newer buildings on a blustery day of snow fall. So I tried them in the winter snow!
