In October 2024, the parkway or road within Golden Ears Provincial Park sustained considerable damage from a storm with significantly heavy rainfall known as the atmospheric river. Parts of the trails have also been washed out from the heavy rainfall. This video is a collection of clips featuring the most notable sections of wash-out, on or immediately next to, the road while walking and cycling north-east up the road. Not every visitor to the park travels to the very end of the road where most of the damage may be seen, so I thought to put together the clips and share it online.
