How to crochet pumpkin hat tutorial for 14.5” dolls

In this video, I show you how to crochet an adorable pumpkin hat for your favorite 14.5” dolls such as the wellie wishers dolls. This is my first how-to video and I had lots of fun with it. Hope you enjoy it.

3.0mm hook
Orange yarn
Magic Circle
Row 1: 9DC in the circle, SL ST to beg st to join, CH1 =9DC
Row 2: 2DC in each St around, SL ST to beg St to join, CH1 =18DC
Row 3: 2DC in same St, 1DC in the next ST*, Repeat *to around, SL ST to beg ST to join, CH1=27DC
Row 4: 2DC in same St, 1DC in the next 2 STs*, Repeat *to around, SL ST to beg ST to join, CH1=36DC
Row 5: 2DC in same ST, 1DC in the next 5 STs, repeat *to around, SL ST to beg ST to join, CH1 =42DC
Row 6: 1DC in each ST around, SL ST to beg ST to join, CH1 =42DC
Row7: *DC2TOG, 1DC in the next 5 STs*, Repeat *to*around, SL ST to beg ST to join, CH1 =36DC
Row 8: 1SC in each ST around, SL ST to beg ST to join, = 36 SC, tie off and weave in the ends.
Stem- brown yarn
Ch10, SL ST to beg CH, CH1, 1SC in each CH around, 1 SC around (20 times), SC2TOG7 times, tie off, turn inside out, lightly stuff with strands of yarn and whip stitch the stem on the hat.
Curly Qs- green yarn
CH 10, SC in 2nd CH from hook, 1SC in same ST, 2SC in each CH to end, tie off and attach to hat.
