For the past three years, Rwanda Women's Network has been implementing the Women@Work Campaign in four farms in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. This documentary gives us the opportunity to show the positive changes brought about by this project at Bella Flowers in Rwamagana District, with the immense support from Hivos.
This month marks the end of this project, which has seen an increase in knowledge in the women farm workers of these farms, on issues concerning women leadership in decision making roles, and gender equality.
The women and men supported under this project have been an integral part in its success, and we would like to welcome you to learn more about their stories, as a part of our end of project social media campaign.
