Day 01 – Cultural Program: Krishnam Vande Jagatguru | Bharatnatyam by Vidhushi Mridula Rai | WGLF

Day 01 of the Western Ghat Lit Fest (WGLF) concluded with a mesmerizing cultural program — a thematic portrayal titled “Krishnam Vande Jagatguru”, performed by Vidhushi Mridula Rai and her team in the Bharatnatyam shaili.

This unique production narrates the divine journey of Bhagwan Krishna through seven Tamil film songs, beginning from the moment he rests in the womb of Devaki, moving through his childhood leelas in Brindavan, Yashoda’s love, Raas, and ultimately the great teachings of the Mahabharat.

At the end of the performance, Shefali Vaidya and Ramchandra ji felicitated the artist for her captivating and soulful portrayal.

A beautiful blend of classical dance, devotion, cinema, and storytelling, celebrating Krishna as Jagatguru, the eternal guide of Bharat.
