The Inconvenient Truth about Port Alberni Waterfront Development
I have been talking to so many people insisting that we need to develop the waterfront to build condos and boardwalks. Most of the other candidates have been advocating some sort of development on the mill sites, one councilor going so far as to say there are 40 acres just waiting to be developed into waterfront living. At least 4 of the Mayoral candidates have made waterfront living a major plank in their platform.
