That the goal is to learn—you’re not expected to know everything upfront.
Failure is a part of science, it is ok to fail but you have to try again.
That no matter how much you prepare, progress comes from learning how to keep moving forward when things go wrong
You can't know everything, and that is ok. You may not be the smartest person in the room.
