Making a Last Minute Summer Dress from an Old Bedsheet

Hi everyone, I'm off on my travels and I decided I really needed it, well actually I wanted a new summer dress. I had to use what I had on hand as there just wasn't time to look for anything or go shopping. I bought the sheet on eBay last year with dress-making in mind and it was perfect for what I wanted, and it's green! I sort of draughted a pattern based on a very rough sketch of the dress I imagined and set about transforming a very pretty top sheet into a very swishy dress. Hope you enjoy the video, sorry it's a bit basic, I just didn't have time to do fancy camera angles or show lots of sewing, but hopefully you'll find it useful.
