From the Family Orchidiceae, the genus Stanhopea comprises of about 60 identified species orchids that range from Mexico to Brazil. They are mainly epiphytes but can be found growing as lithophytes as well. Stanhopea wardii is found mainly fromNicaragua,Costa Rica, Panama , Columbia and Venezuela. It grows mainly as epiphyte.
In this video, this one was setting bud and we set up the #GoPro for almost 4 days. after I got the footage then I had to use #GoProapp #Quick to combine all the time-lapse footage. The overall capture of this #orchid bloom is nothing short of stunning.
