Corolla particularly from 2009-2013 model has fan ECU that controls the fan through pwm signals from main ECM ... fan ECU device is located near radiator fan and it often fails. causing the fan to spin constantly when ignition turn on,
Replacement is hard to find in my case therefore I built my own using MOSFETs which turns on the fan by receiving the pwm signals from ecm,
when we control the gate of mosfet by ecm pwm signal wires, the MOSFET short the gate and source pin as per the provided duty cycles,
if the fan is connected in series it will turn on/off accordingly.
