In this Disney Frozen cake tutorial I show you how to make a fondant / modelling paste Elsa cake topper to use on your frozen themes cakes. Modelling paste may be better to use then fondant for our Elsa cake doll, modelling paste and gum paste are the same thing. I have decided to make this Elsa cake figure from the Disney film Frozen because of its high popularity and people asking me to make a tutorial for it.
