• Nuts and Bolts survey of the applicable law, procedural considerations and scope of review of adjudicatory proceedings before the Superior Court (under the State Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 30A, and the Certiorari statute, Chapter 249, Sec. 4)
• The panelists will also provide useful practice notes on select statutes and types of cases that proceed directly to the appellate courts.
Hot topics and emerging issues will also be presented, including discussion of important recent cases. Tips on researching regulatory history and finding administrative decisions and guidances.
