4 Gala Apples, diced
3 Bananas, sliced
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon or more
2Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 juice and zest of a lemon
1 Madagascar Vanilla bean
1 tsp Almond Extract
Sprinkle of Salt
*Instructions:*
1. In a pan over medium heat Sauté apples until soft, with Ceylon cinnamon, maple syrup, lemon juice, Madagascar vanilla bean, almond extract and salt ,about 4 minutes.
2. Add bananas, for 3 minutes until caramelized
3. Serve warm over your favorite oatmeal!
