In this video, I discuss files for vehicles you can find on Burnout 3's game disc. I showcase the models on a file by file basis, and also showcase some of the replacements you can do by renaming the files to other files.
The footage from Burnout 3: Takedown was recorded at 1440p via the PCSX2 emulator. Hex codes were used to enable access to the developer free camera, as well as enable heavyweights in normal gameplay.
