Filmed in the style of the television show "The Office", ”中文课“ follows the lives of seven students and their take on the last four years of Chinese class at New Trier. Their experiences are fraught with humorous trips to Chinatown, love interests, and quirky Chinese teachers, which have brought these seven students closer together. While some still have not fully learned to turn homework in time, the students are determined. After four years of Chinese class and with the help of each other, the students feel prepared to learn Chinese at a collegiate level.
